Food Fiesta!

I have been eating ALOT recently.
My secret plan to go on a detox diet has been postponed week after week.
Hahaha in fact it has not happened before! Mehhhh

Marmalade Pantry with MGS. But that's the only food picture we have because 6 out of 7 of us opted for the crabmeat pasta. LOL

The truffle fries were so good that we decided to order sweet potato fries which were equally good!
Just a note, they are not in the menu.

Headed over to Krispy Kreme cos we wanted to surprise our pregnant colleague as she has cravings for it.
The queue was so long though it's just 3+ in the afternoon.
Wonder how much they earn when each doughnut is a freaking $2.60++

And WC satisfied my craving for steamboat fnally at HotPot Culture.
My favourite when I have a craving and not willing to spend too much on food :)

Look what we found at MS Claw Machine. So cute right?
It's always a battle of rationality (mine) vs irrationality (his). Teehee.

Wanted to bring WC to try out the Japanese food at Cuppage Plaza but too bad it was closed.
Since I was craving for ramen, WC recommended me this pretty rundown shop at level one.
Gyoza no Ohsho is a simple ramen place similar to a coffeeshop.
They were pretty crowded during lunch time but food was delivered rather quickly.

The ramen was really good. I find the noodle a little overdone but the soup was one of the best I had tried.
I almost finish the soup though the noodle was only half gone.

Besides the noodle, the fried rice and gyoza weren't that fantastic.
Too soggy rice and the gyoza has a "porky" taste which I dislike alot. Argh..

And on Sunday, WC picked me up after Clarence's luncheon.
I love attending weddings and they always leave me teary with their montage and speech.
I love soaking up in the lovey dovey atmosphere where family and friends gather together to celebrate this day of love.
It was the first luncheon I attended and I would say it's as good as any wedding dinner I attend.
Happy because I will be having a wedding luncheon myself! Hahaha.
By the time we ended our movie, it was already 9 plus.
I randomly suggested 海底捞 and WC immediately went to make reservations.

So glad that we went because its good service and shiokadoodoo variety topped our steamboat list immediately!

The bill came up to a whooping 90bucks but look at how much we enjoy ourselves.
I personally feel that the food is reasonably priced for the quality they give but about a fifth of the cost goes to sauce and drinks ($7 pax!) which I feel was the main cause of the hefty price!

WC couldn't stop raving about the place and even when I asked him to pose with the hideous looking apron, he did it with no complaints. LOL.

Many backlog to update.
Till then...
